Before the establishment of this firm, he was a senior partner at accounting firm Heliantono & Rekan (2006), associate partner at accounting firm Heliantono & Basyiruddin (2001), senior consultant for tax, accounting and management services at Assist Team - Consulting (1997), assistant to director at PT Ariobimo Perkasa (1996), senior auditor and tax advisor for an accounting firm which has affiliation with Ernst & Young International (1993), and senior auditor at Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (1992).
In his 20 years experience, he has offer a complete range of services across various industries. He has appointed as partner in charge for auditing several public companies and bond issuers. In 1999 - 2003, he was retained by IBRA to perform due diligence and special audit to trouble debtors under IBRA. He has also conducted compliance audit to number of banks under supervision Bank Indonesia. He has experience in dealing with various industries from trading, bank, insurance, pension fund, forestry, property, steel, textile, cooperative, fishery, securities to hospitality.

In she experience of more than 15 years, she has conducted several assignment in auditing, accounting services, system and procedures development as well as financial advisory services for various industrial companies both domestic and multinational. Her experience also includes audit in education industries such as Universitas Islam Negeri Gunung Djati, Universitas Halu Oleo, Universitas Padjajaran dan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. She has experience as audit manager in various industries, such as PT Reka Cipta Solusi, PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I, Koperasi Karyawan PT Freeport Indonesia, PT Teja Berlian, PT Esa Sagara Autotara PT Savoy Homan.
